Insurers play an important role in helping individuals achieve financial security. Technology is making it easier for people to access and purchase insurance and drive financial inclusion, reaching a greater proportion of underserved populations.
Insurers are also empowering their employees through business resource groups and development programs, to discuss the issues affecting them and help ensure the right support is available.
In this virtual fireside chat, Caroline Feeney and Salene Hitchcock-Gear, co-winners of The Geneva Association's 2023 Women in Insurance Award, discussed how they’re expanding access to the tools and financial solutions that support lifelong prosperity, as well as the ways in which they are helping the next generation of leaders in their career journeys.
The session was moderated by Annabelle Thebaud, ISC Switzerland Board member, and included a special series of exchanges with emerging insurance leaders from ISC Group.
